The flag of Namibia adopted in 1990, the year of its Independence. It consists of a red diagonal stripe with white border, two triangles and a golden sun with 12 triangular rays. The triangle covering the upper left side is colored blue, the triangle that covers the lower right side is green. The flag was adopted in 1990.
