Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship worldwide.

Shipping costs
Standard shipping is €11.99 per order, regardless of how many flags you order. Orders over €79 ship free. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Rates for the USA are shown at checkout.

Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the destination. On average, standard delivery takes around 2 weeks. Express shipping is faster. If you need your flags by a specific date, for example before a rally start, message us at info@laivaa.com before ordering and we will advise on the best option.

Customs duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery to a marina or boat
You can ship your order to a marina office or a yacht agent. Please include your boat name and berth number, if known, in the address so the marina can pass it on to you.
