Cape Verde Courtesy flag

Cape Verde represents a high islands archipelago in the central Atlantic Ocean. On the flag of Cape Verde, there are two unequal wide blue bands and tree equal bands between them which are colored as follows: white-red-white. All bands are horizontal. Ten yellow stars arranged in a circle are mostly located on the left side of the flag the circle being shifted towards the bottom.
