Curaçao is located in the southern Caribbean Sea. It’s a constituent country of the Netherlands (the Netherlands Antilles). Adopted in 1984, the flag of Curaçao contains one horizontal yellow stripe shifted from the center to the bottom of the flag and two white five-pointed stars near each other located in the canton. The background of the flag is blue.
